I was required to train twice a week for two weeks to learn the job role as a caddy. An older caddy took me out on the course and had me caddy for him as if I he was the golfer. He would walk me through the things needed to be done, and I would practice them. When he felt my knowledge was sufficient he let me take my skills to action.
