30 minute Recruiter call. Followed by a 5-step FAANG style interview (for a 40-people company). Stages involve technical questions and cultural fit. After 3 stages of technical interviews, you are asked to complete a "2 hour take home assignment" and then do a team-wide presentation for 45 minutes. That is the last step before a debrief.

Discussion of the background with the HR and then technical interview with a Senior engineer. The process was very professional but at the same time not scary and the people i have met were all very gentle.

1st round HR screening. Straightforward.
2nd round technical, they deep dive into resume/past work and do a tech exercise. This exercise was implementing and cleaning up numerous functions for a class, with 4 paragraphs of requirements and tasks.
For all of the above, I was allotted 20 minutes and about 5 of those minutes were given to complete the tech task. Typically candidates have 30 minutes, which is still incredibly brief for the requirements.
Lakera: this process needs changing, there's not nearly enough time! Also ensure the interview is given priority so people show on time and act professional
