First introductory interview, contacted after applying online. First, I was asked personal questions, starting from a deep exploration of my academic journey. They asked me about my personality and about how i face problems, also in team work. At the end the role and their new reality were described to me. Good experience.

I had only one initial interview with the HR and Talent Acq.
There were a couple of general questions like "Why Lakera?", "What experiences do you have with AI security?", "Management vs hands-on preferences?".
Honestly, I was expecting deeper, personal-level questions, but the interviewer seemed in a hurry to cut the questions and finish the interview.
I also requested feedback on the factual rejection reasons, but I didn't receive anything besides the usual template email.

Screening interview followed by two technical interviews of 45mins each. Very friendly and encouraging staff and they were sure to let me know with a follow up call when they rejected me.
