1st round interview is basic questions to getting to know your previous work experience and to see if you are a good candidate for the job. 2nd interview is explaining the job and giving you the opportunity to job shadow. After being able to see what the job entails you go the salary and the manager answers any questions or concerns you have. 3rd round is the first step in the hiring process.
