It was nice to walk into a group of friendly faces. I enjoy having interviews with a team rather than an individual, it seems more fair and well rounded. They were encouraging and did not attempt to be intimidating. They asked very reasonable questions and never once felt like they were "testing" me by asking unusual questions.
