I had an initial phone interview with the department manager; a few days later I was invited for a formal 1:1 interview which was then followed by a peer interview with 4 other current human resources employees. Questions were mostly straightforward and behavioral in nature.

Pretty laid back, STAR questions, took slightly more than an hour over the phone! Past experience, where do I see myself in the next 5 years and all that. Some details about the previous workplaces, etc.
