First, HR called me that she wanted me to interview me. Ask me send back CV and languange test result. On the interview day, two managers interviewed together. I was asked to descripe my education background and skills. Managers start to introduce the company. The first interview took about 50 mins. Then HR got in and ask some questions about personlities.
