The interview process was very strange and seemed chaotic. I got a call from the hiring manager at a random time in the day. She hopped right into asking me initial interview questions. She seemed really overwhelmed with the amount of interviews she has to do and mentioned multiple times how she has over 20 resumes on her screen and needed someone to help take over the workload. Nevertheless she invited me to a 2nd interview scheduled for the next week. Nothing was confirmed via email, it was all over the phone.
The second interview confirmed the interview process was all over the place, as she even asked me what the job description said because she had not seen it for herself yet. The interview needed with her telling me to do more research and inviting me to a 3rd interview her recruiter would reach out to me to confirm. I never heard from them again until I got an email saying they had moved on. Very all over the place and communication was not good.
