I went through 4 rounds of technical interviews, most of which were repetitive with minimal variation or depth in assessment. Despite positive feedback throughout, I was informed by the recruiter that I’ve been put "on hold"—without any clear reason or constructive feedback. What added to the disappointment was the scheduling of interviews as late as 10 PM IST, which felt inconsiderate for a working professional. Given the time and effort involved, the experience lacked the professionalism and clarity one would expect at this level. I hope future processes are better structured and more respectful toward candidates' time and experience.
