Reasons of leaving and why you choose our company.
During the interview, the hiring manager appeared disengaged and repeatedly scrolled his phone while I was answering questions. This happened several times and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the HR manager interrupted me multiple times while I was responding, which made it difficult to properly communicate my answers.
Overall, the interview experience felt unwelcoming and poorly conducted. It was disappointing, especially for a company of this reputation, and it raised concerns about the team’s professionalism and workplace culture.

Entrevista
The initial interview will be scheduled by phone, during which you will be asked to prepare a 10-15 minute self-introduction, all in English. The subsequent 45 minutes will be conducted in the local language. I believe the interview will focus more on your personal qualities, problem-solving abilities, and thinking skills.
