Live coding on a collaborative editor plus discussion of past experience.
4. On-Site or Virtual Loop
• Multiple back-to-back interviews (45–60 minutes each)
• Algorithm and problem-solving questions
• System design deep-dive for mid/senior roles
• Behavioral and “culture fit” conversation
5. Offer Discussion
Compensation, benefits, team fit, and start date are negotiated.
6. Onboarding Preparation
