Friendly, Professional, Transparent. The meeting was very intimate. A lot of emphasis on past experience and my overall personality and demeanor. Once I filled out the necessary paperwork I was place on a temporary project within days. The communication was clear, management accessible and responsive by email and phone. I felt taken care of and excited to get working.

An unexpected part of the interview was the emphasis on my personality traits. Lambent prides themselves on matching up clients and assistants not just through skill set but compatible personalities. I found this to be very refreshing and so far it has been very helpful. I have had a great experience with just about every client I have worked with, even staying friends with some post project.
