I called the clinical director, she was very nice and accommodating. she scheduled me for an interview. introduced me to the bosses before the interview, who are very nice as well. the interview took about an hour. it was not a very rigid interview. it started with a very casual talk, and then went more detailed about my plans, my expectations, and what i think i would contribute to the company.
