You will first be contacted by HR for a phone interview to go over your resume and be asked behavioral/situation questions. From there if you get called in for an in person interview with the hiring manager you do get asked a generic packet of questions which are a lot of questions but for the most part is more questions that at situation based, what your current manager would say about you, have you ever not been able to make a patient content, etc.

I walked into the interview expecting to meet with one person, not three. Interviewers took turns asking general questions about prior experience and scenarios related to the job. However, the interview overall seemed awkward and I felt disorganized due to pressure from being put on the spot.
