The interview process was fairly typical and to be expected. My first contact with this company was during an on campus recruiting event. The following day we talked again during a campus career fair, and was extended an interview. I went through an on campus interview with their recruiter, and she did an amazing job of facilitating an interview. She was engaged and interested in my experiences, and when it came time for me to ask questions about LOF, she was knowledgable and passionate about the company. I then had a phone interview with the Quality Manager and Food Safety Manager at the Lansing, IL plant. These questions were more industry focused and asked more about my class work and how that knowledge could be applied in their facility. Both interviews had technical questions as well as behavioral /situational type questions.

They asked a lot of questions about what classes I thought were most beneficial to my future career, and why.
One question that they asked, which was one that they wanted me talk through my thought process out loud, was how many gas stations do you think there are in downtown Chicago?
