I had three really great interviews with LandTech. First a screening call with their in house Talent Acquisition team, a first round interview and then a second round interview which involved meeting the rest of the team and a short 20 minute competency task. Interviewers challenged me but they did so in such a friendly and intelligent way it left me wanting the job even more!

Went through full interview cycle: - Communication is open & transparent, the hiring team is very clear about expectations for the the role, struggles of the position and the company, challenges and vision for the role - The process included: Initial Phone Screening, Additional Call with Head of People, Face2Face Interview with the hiring manager and Head of People, Presentation and meeting the rest of the team
