HR send you a really copy past message saying that you are been selected out of I dont know how many candidates, and then that you need to interact with a virtual screen and record a video selling their products to a client, they dont even thake the chance to interact with you, introduce the company discuss topics like salary etc.. but they request you to put some effort and be creative introducing yourself and selllling their product, really lame!! and unpolite, dehumanization.

They have a first interview, and a few more after. Since the position was in Spain, the interview was with a very lovely person that asked normal questions, like your previous experience and so on. They then send this to the CEO (according to what she said) to decide who to move to the next stage. I never heard back from them. Not even for an automatic rejection. I sent an email to get information on it after a couple of weeks, you know to get properly rejected, and no response. So, great at ghosting! Obviously, the company does not take other people's time seriously.
