Sat down and asked about the area, you as a person and marketing ideas you had for the company, really easy going, laid back, but still extremely professional. Come ready to speak to multiple people and just be yourself.

Entrevista
Interviewed with a manager who told me I was hired. Manager left and was replaced. Never was able to hire in. Re-interviewed with new manager months later. Asked personality questions, a couple situationals, why I wanted to work, etc. Very informal. Interviewed with manager and an assistant manager/scheduler. Still haven't heard anything concrete, just been dragged along. It's been an 11 month process.

I went in answered some questions about my resume. Ran through my understanding of the job and what it requires. I'm comfortable talking to people on the phone. My school hours etc. Have some marketing ideas, also know the market, talk to a current LA on the phone for more tips
