Got an email from the recruiter to interview and spoke with two associates on the team. It ended up being just one as the other person had to step out. The interview was pretty conversational and straightforward, and the interviewer spoke positively about their experience with the company. One suggestion would be to have HR explain the interview process up front and follow up. I wasn't chosen for the next round, and don't think I would've been notified if I hadn't followed up several times.
