Asked for the position. I had worked there for several years and had needed a new scene so asked for the open promotion.

Was interviewed by the general manager and was watched by 3-4 crew members and another 2 more managers. This was a group interview consisting of 15 people and it took exactly 1 hour. We played a total of 2 games. The type of game you would normally play at a party or during a highschool drama class. The 3rd activity required us to choreograph a short dance. While it was very enjoyable and informal, I did not feel like it accurately measured the skill sets and personality of each individual. It was also quite odd that all the interviewees were required to dress very causally. A majority of the interviewees attended the group interview in t-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters.
