I interviewed twice. Once when I wanted to be a junior designer, and the person interviewing me looked like they were falling asleep. She yawned a bunch. I didn’t get the job. Then 3 years later I applied for a senior designer position and they hired me right away, and that same person from before didn’t remember me and commented on how impressed she was with my portfolio. I should’ve told her but I didn’t.
