Asked several questions about how to handle a difficult and stressful customer and working in a call center. How would you prioritize tasks during the day and how comfortable you would be authorizing maintenance to be performed
The interview was over Microsoft teams and was an easy to use. It made the experience like an in person interview. The questions that were asked were your basic interview questions.
