I applied online and had an interview within a few days. One SM I interviewed with had me first start by picking out an interview outfit in the store. Make sure there is 5 items and NONE from clearance. If you've worked in retail, the questions are pretty straight forward and typical. It really depends on each SM, too!

The interview process was a little lengthy due to having an in person interview with the store manager of the location as well as phone call interviews with both a SM of another location and the DM, but all of the interviews were relatively easy and actually made me feel more secure in the questions they were asking because it showed the standard they wanted their employees to meet.
