I had a good experience with Lane, in total it took around 3 weeks. First I had a short call to know more about me and what I do, which was a very pleasant experience. Then there was an interview with a hiring manager, which was also quite interesting, learned a lot about the company and got very excited to bring my knowledge and experience. I was told that I would receive an email about the next steps to proceed, but only received a rejection email two weeks later. They have a really great product idea and based on my interview experience, the team structure is great. I feel the company should learn more about their candidates.
