It was a pretty straightforward conversation. The interview did not take more than thirty minutes, if even that. You are encouraged to be ready with questions for the interviewer for your own benefit as the interview is also an opportunity to determine if the role is a right fit for you and not only the employer. There weren’t any of those weird annoying hypothetical behavioural questions, which in my opinion, don’t serve any real purpose.
