Overall, the interview was positive. Once we got past the initial synchronization, the questions were high-quality and competency-based. We covered everything from project risk mitigation to budget management. Despite the disorganized start, the conversation was professional, and the expectations for the role were clearly communicated.
Cons:
The initial part of the HR screening felt a bit rushed and unfocused, which made it harder to establish a rhythm early on. Additionally, while the rejection was prompt, it was a standard template without any specific feedback. For a company that specializes in consulting and process optimization, providing even brief, actionable insights to candidates would align better with their values of clarity and professional growth.

Can you describe a situation where you took initiative on a project without being asked?
After 1st formal interview, they sent me an exercise related to Salesforce but the setup was not done properly and I was not able to perform any task. I communicated this to the team and they said they will be back after the holidays and would resolve the issue so I can proceed. But after a week, I got an email from HR that they went with some other candidate
