I had two interviews, one which is a general interview and the other more specific to the location you want. Both interviews were with current engineers and were very helpful to get an insight into what kind of work they provide. They explain the work that might be done if you were to get the interview but they don't go too into detail unless you decide to ask more questions at the end. That is helpful in that way but I recommend having questions ready from previous research of the company.
