I was unprepared for the phone interview. I thought it was going to be basic questions, such as availability and other basic questions. But it was actually interpreting sentences and medical terminology, after having passed an online assessment. I still passed, but I wish I had been better prepared.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training

CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
