Through website application with video recording answering prompted question. Also follow up by hiring staff. After that is done, skill testing for translation through website. Recording translation segment and submit.

First, there is an Initial interview over the phone, Then, the Language Proficiency Screening takes place to assess your language skills (grammar, vocabulary, etc.). The last part is a pre-recorded mock call that you can prepare for by studying the vocabulary you are given in advance.

Short, it wasn't an actual interview. She just asked if I had experience and she did most of the talking. Said I was hired but then called again and rejected because of where I am from.

2nd interview was a phone interview with a live person. Didn't take long.
