When I got my job the listing was on craigslist and I sent a simple email to the director, I don't recall if I had a resume or not because I had just graduated. I spoke to the director for about 10 minutes on the phone and then setup an in person interview. The interview was about half an hour some fairly simple questions and an offer was given within two days of the interview.
