Recruiter was fast to go through first interview. First interview with the director and a second one with the C-level executive. Good tool to assess capabilities and a good introduction of the company already by the enterview

Entrevista
A very thorough interview process, 1st - informal chat on Teams with Talent Management, 2nd - Teams call with Head of Department and Talent Management, online tests and finally 3rd - in person interview with 2 Managers from the department.
The interviewer didn't; actually work for Lantmännen; they outsource their recruiting to a company called Sanctuary Graduates. They just asked generic behavioural and competency-based questions with very little specific to the job. I had spent considerable time preparing, most of which was completely useless as it was irrelevant if I'm not talking to someone who actually works for the company. Lantmännen are almost impossible to contact and completely incompetent if you ever receive a response.
