There is a personality test and an intelligence test. Try to answer all the questions if possible because wrong answers do not count against you. If you do well enough on the intelligence test, you will take it again with a recruiter making sure you do not cheat. If you also do well the second time, there will be an in-person interview. Questions here are fairly standard ones about things like how well your experience prepares you for the job and tech-related questions such as your favorite browser and if you have any coding experience. You may also be taken to another person, who will judge your fit for the company and ask a few more questions (such as the sandwich one I list below). Do not believe the things the recruiter tells you about quick advancement, and especially about bonus amounts. If they like you at your interview you will hear back quickly with a job offer. The offer lists almost nothing in the way of benefits and none of the contacts will be able to answer much in that regard either. Also, I asked a number of questions in the interview that they were not able to answer either.
