The interview was Easy and straightforward. Everyone was Friendly and there were no surprises. The process had a relaxed feel and it seems like a good atmosphere to work. The interview process was spread over a several month period which seemed a bit excessive for the level of the job.

The pre-assessment stage involved a basic typing test and policy research skills Interview stage with two supervisors - very brilliant. Asked situational questions. That bothered on workplace culture, customer service. policy research etc
