Selection process is very fare. It consists of aptitude test followed by presentation on project what you furnished in college and interview together. People in the interview panel were very cooperative.
initially, it started with a written ability test, once we are through we attempted group discussion. After group discussion, we appeared for a Personal Interview which was based on technical skills.

It was a interview having a 4 member panel with people from various background. The interview lasts 45 minutes and has a mixture of both technical and behavioral questions. THey recruit on a common ground and then segregate to separate departments,

It was good. Written Gd then Technical+ HR. In written appti with negative marking and sectional cutoff. it had appti programming verbal, non verbal and basic mechanical. The interview was quite average. They ask mainly about your favourite subject.
