3 stages of in person interviews - relatively straight forward. Asked about job experiences and how you would be a good marshall and what you can bring to the table. Then had to memorize the marshall script and present to management.

Long and tedious. Applied online and the process took OVER two weeks. When they first called I was busy, second time the manager was busy, and the third time will hopefully be a success. Put your best foot forward and add personality.

They do a phone interview then in person interview they ask you questions about your life. It took a while because they hire every once and a while. I had to apply 2 times to get an interview.
