Entrevista
I initially applied through LinkedIn to submit my profile. I was emailed back to send CV. Following on I had an invitation to arrange a call with the HR lady. Then I had the conversation which I talked about my career goals and what I wanted and past jobs. It felt professional and inspiring, as throughout the interview process I felt like it was a professional company where lots of money was made. It felt the same interviewing in person. And I think if successful with HR in person the next stage is immediate with offer after (if that manager likes you).

Entrevista
Really tough interviews process and they call you in twice but I understand why now. They really put you through your paces and did ask you difficult questions. They ask you questions with a view of trying to see if you are genuine or if you are telling fibs. At least a drink is offered!!
