Interview was done in an office with two gentleman that worked there. Telling me the job description, asking me questions about prior experience, etc. pretty standard. They set expectations that seemed a little high for what they posted online such as overtime requirements.

I feel like the interview process was unnecessarily intense, and very textbook, if you Google general questions for an interview You would be set to make yourself look like a great higher. I interviewed twice and only got the second interview because I reapplied, and Was told that the reason that I didn’t get offered the job. The first time was because The manager felt I wasn’t a good fit because of my previous work experiences. The manager seemed quite hesitant to Offer me the job because of the short periods of time I had worked at previous jobs.
