Nice and experienced Managers to meet with you and go through your experience, skills, and how you fit in the role. Normal behavioral questions asked.

Really disorganised and experience made me rethink my desire to work at the company. HR left a message Friday afternoon to contact him about the project coordinator role in Toronto. Called back 1 hour later and left a message hoping he would call back at the end of the day….nothing. Followed up Monday…..nothing. Company reposted the role 3 weeks later and same HR called me to interview. Called him back at the end of day and left a message. Followed up again by phone a few days later, left another voicemail and nothing.
At this point absolutely not interested in the role or the company. If they cannot properly coordinate their hiring process imagine the actual role when candidates get hired. Would assume everything about low salary, turnover and challenging management is true at this point given my experience with this company. Was lucky to have interviews lined up with better and larger multinational competitors in the beverage industry but I know not everyone is/will be as fortunate. Best of luck Lassonde trying to attract top talent and future candidates.
