The team was welcoming, and the experience left me excited about the company’s mission. The process started with an initial screening by the CEO, followed by a take-home exam, a meeting with the Chief of Staff, and then a paid 3-day onsite assessment where I had the chance to fully immerse myself in the team and the work environment.

LatchBio has a nice team of friendly leaders with great vision. I wasn’t able to continue with the interview process because the compensation didn’t match my expectation, and the on-site trial period interferes with the responsibilities of my current role, but I can appreciate the value of the product that would have been sold.
