It was on call and it was very simple and fast. Ended within 15 minutes. Commission based salary and commission received on each sale which would be made would increase with the number of sales
I'd applied for an intern position in HR. They use work samples for selection of candidates & the founder (Vaibhav) himself oversees the process. The environment seemed pretty friendly but there's a catch no matter the role you apply for it basically asks you to deliver sales. Even for HR, I was indirectly supposed to make sales so keep that in mind.
