A 3rd party called me and then I talked to the hiring manager. One of the best interviews I ever had, the hiring manager scheduled a call with me at night because I couldn't take the call at work. On-site was very straightforward, met all of the team members. At the end of the on-site, the Hiring Manager (VP Sales) said that I was too junior to take on the role and he proposed another role for me(I didn't want the role). He gave me extremely good advice for my career. I rarely had hiring managers give me this kind of advice during an interview. He walked me out and we had a great friendly discussion. Product is really good, this company has a great future.
