Typical customer support oriented interview, if you already had an interview for that position you will be asked the same questions here. Recruiter was nice and everything was discussed about the job in the very first interview.
First I had to do a 45mn assessment of my skills in English + French. Then I've been contacted to do a screening interview. After that, I had to do a use case + a typing test + a french essay !!!!! After completing all this, I've received a generic email from someone I NEVER SPOKE TO telling me " it was so nice speaking with you but we will not be moving forward". After all the effort and work, receiving from someone I never spoke to an email like this was very unprofessional. Do better.

Interviewers were polite and seemed knowledgeable during the three stages.
The role itself sounded interesting.
Cons
Zero constructive feedback: After three interview rounds I received only a generic rejection email. No pointers on what went well or how to improve.
Missed self-imposed deadlines: More than one promised response date passed without any update, leaving me in limbo.
Poor candidate care: The combination of silence and broken timelines felt inconsiderate, especially given the time I invested.
Glassdoor reviews suggest this lack of feedback is standard practice here.
Advice to management
Respect candidates’ time by meeting the communication deadlines you set and offering at least brief, actionable feedback after multiple interview stages. It reflects on your employer brand—and it’s simply the right thing to do. Also, ensure GDPR data-deletion requests are handled promptly and confirmed in writing.
