The interview process included an assessment & video submission for the application, and then a 2nd assessment was requested along with an interview. During the interview I was asked what pay range I was looking at and then when they made me an offer, they offered me significantly less than I what I am currently earning. They then requested another meeting after I rejected their offer in order to align on salary expectation, but they were unable to offer in the pay range that they described in their job spec. which ultimately wasted my time. I would not recommend going through the effort of interviewing for them unless you'd like to earn the salary of a junior while fulfilling the role of a senior.
