The process was well organised and transparent throughout. It included an initial recruiter conversation, a portfolio presentation, a values-focused interview, and a final discussion with senior leadership. Each stage had a clear purpose and I received useful preparation materials in advance. The team was responsive, communicative, and respectful of my time. While the process was rigorous, it felt focused on understanding how I think, collaborate, and approach problems rather than trying to catch me out.

Entrevista
Several steps on interviewing, first a call with a recruiter, than a couple of more technical chats with senior engineers and CTO. Recruiter was nice, knowledgeable and overall communicated well. Senior engineers were quite unhelpful and overall disorganized and uninterested. CTO very switched on and interesting conversation. Overall rejected with some wishy-washy reasons - sounded very much like gatekeeping from senior engineers. Overall got a bad vibe, feels like there are people in the development team that do not want to relinquish ownership of quality processes.

Entrevista
First interview round was snap and straight to the point. We jumped in to talking about my experience and my portfolio / case studies. The interviewer was very friendly and provided useful feedback.
