Very long virtual interview with 3 separate rounds on Zoom. Went fine, was a little dry sometimes and good other times. That's what happens with different personality types. Just wish they had sent me a quick rejection letter rather than ghosting me and me having to reach back out. Kind of rude and inconsiderate of a candidate's time and energy, especially when it's such a quick thing to do. Don't normalize it!
