Multiple stages of interview
HR pre-screen with basic questions to ascertain that you meet the requirements for the position. They also want to align on salary expectations
Work Product to test excel use and analytical thinking. Short turnaround time as well.
Panel interview 1 - about 5 people managers
Panel interview 2 - about 7 directors and program managers
