After receiving call from administrator, the head of departments along with the respective admin who supervise the department hold an interview where they ask basic questions about the position. It lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Principal was so down to earth and easy to talk to. Encouraged to find the job that works best for YOU. Best interview experience I have had. I took the job mainly because of how great the principal was.

Strange process, it was not what I've experienced in other areas, but it was ok. Plan on teaching a lesson and sharing your ideas about education with the administration.
