I participated in a first round interview. It was pretty basic and did not ask in depth questions. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. The position was re-posted a couple of months later. This is a rude way to treat applicants.

Entrevista
The application process and following interviews with Lawyers for Good Government was not a great experience. After two interviews, the first of which was with just one person and the second included the director of the program, I was ghosted and never received any response to my follow up emails. I find this to be very unprofessional.
