The interview process was multi-stage, so it took some time, but I found the interviewers and the process itself to be highly thoughtful and tailored to the role. Compared to other places I have interviewed with in the past, I found their process of ensuring a candidate is a proper fit to be really impressive/indicative of a good company culture.

What one piece of legislation I would change or create if I could to respond to the current moment.

HR screening was pretty basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Then got offered second round interview, sent a follow up email trying to confirm timeframe to schedule it, didn’t get a response back for 2+ weeks. Proceeded with interview, interview was fine, very standard, but then was told the next day that the positions had already been filled. Inquired as to how that was possible and was told there was a miscommunication internally and that the positions had already been filled before I had my interview. Then reached out to the interviews individually to try to get feedback on how I did and while they agreed to chat initially they were then told by management they were not allowed to do so.
I saw some comments on here before I interviewed about their interviewing process being poor and I disregarded them; that was my mistake, don’t repeat my mistakes.

What was your biggest success and failure in your current position.

Three interviews. First two with the same two people. Last interview with same people from previous interviews plus the president.
Questions were a mix of practical experience and more general "how would you behave in x situation".
It takes them a long time to get back to you between interviews. My follow-up emails would not be responded to for weeks. At many times I felt like I had been ghosted.
I was eventually offered a position, but when I tried to negotiate my salary and PTO (3 weeks), they completely rescinded the offer without saying they didn't have any room to negotiate. The offer letter also wanted me to sign an non-disparagement agreement which would prevent me from ever saying anything negative about the organization (including truthful things).
For a progressive organization that wants people who are socially-conscious and able to advocate for others, they sure do hate it when you advocate for yourself. A lot of red flags throughout the process.
So if you are offered a position, don't try to negotiate at all or call attention to unscrupulous clauses in the offer letter or they will just drop you without explanation.

Asked about things on resume. Asked a lot of "how would you handle X situation." It was a lot of questions all three rounds. A lot of having to think-on-your feet, and it felt very much like they had a "correct" answer they were waiting for.
