The managing partner of the firm asked me why I left my previous job which is a normal question, however he then proceeds to make a judgement based off my looks and ultimately tells me that by the looks of my reading glasses I have that I look "high maintenance". After the consult I reported the incident to the recruiter assisting me and nothing came out of it.

Was online on zoom. Found the posting on indeed. Was asked about why I wanted the job and other typical questions. Recruiter was super friendly and felt genuine. They were also pretty responsive and replied quickly.
